CV.
Uwe Arthur Felchle
Composer · Musician · Music for Theatre & Film
I work as a composer and musician for theatre and film productions. My work is shaped in close dialogue with directing, text, space and performance. I do not see music as illustration, but as a supporting, breathing layer within a production: flexible in process, precise in expression.
Three worlds. One signature.
What connects a theatre score, the development of an audio plugin or communication with a
dog?
Precision of perception.
Whether I am writing a score, shaping a digital tool or accompanying the dynamics between human and
dog:
it is always about resonance.
Listening. Understanding what is there.
Creating clarity at the right moment.
In music, this becomes dramaturgical depth.
In technology, tools that do not get in the way.
And in my work with dogs (Calm & Tender), it becomes a calm, reliable connection –
beyond pressure
and rigid commands.
- close collaboration with directors and dramaturgs
- developed from text, stage design, acting, rhythm and atmosphere
- high responsiveness throughout rehearsal processes
- experience with reworks, last-minute changes and live situations
- music as a structural, not decorative, element
