Music.
Music for stage, film and independent work – reduced to what truly matters.
Over 150 released works form the foundation of my practice. My path moves through different musical spaces – from hip hop and electronic music to pop, funk/jazz and music for theatre and film.
Genre is not a goal, but a tool.
It’s about atmosphere, narration and emotional depth.
Whether as a composer, producer or sound designer: the focus is always on finding the right resonance.
Music begins where words no longer carry.
In theatre and film, music is not decorative background. It carries structure, rhythm, emotion and often meaning.
At the same time, music creators have long been caught in a visible imbalance: in pay, contractual position and public recognition. While other departments are routinely named, discussed and contextualized, music often remains invisible – despite carrying central responsibility within the artistic process.
This imbalance affects not only fees, but also recognition by press, media and the public. It shapes working realities, influences production conditions and affects who can continue to work in this field over time – and who cannot.
This page therefore also acts as a conscious counterpoint: making musical work in theatre and film visible – and inviting a renewed look at its value.
invisible – like a ghost … a tear in a glass of water … the steam of a tea kettle in the fog … simply not being seen.
